What [Business name: set by the business] collects when your clinic uses it, why, who we share it with, and how health-related information is handled. We do not sell personal information.
Who we are
This policy covers the service provided by [Company legal name: set by the business] ("[Business name: set by the business]", "we"), [Address for legal notices: set by the business].
What we collect
- Account details: names, emails and sign-in information for clinic owners and staff.
- Client records your clinic enters: names, phone numbers, emails, bookings, check-ins, memberships and package balances.
- Health-related information your clinic chooses to record, such as wellness notes, screening answers and consent records.
- Payment information: card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive payment status and amounts, not full card numbers.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address and logs used to keep the service secure and working.
Health-related information
- It is visible only to the clinic's own signed-in staff and to us as needed to run and support the service.
- It is never used for advertising and never sold.
- Your clinic decides what to record and is responsible for its own regulatory obligations for that information.
How we use information
- To run the service — bookings, reminders and booking links, check-in, memberships, payments and reports.
- To provide support, keep accounts secure and prevent misuse.
- To maintain and improve the service.
Your clients' information
The clinic controls its clients' information and we process it on the clinic's behalf. Clients with questions about their data should contact the clinic; we will help the clinic respond.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host and operate the service (for example hosting, sign-in and message delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
- Stripe, to process payments the clinic accepts.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or a successor if the business is sold.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while the clinic's account is active. A clinic can correct or remove a client's details; payment and transaction records may be kept as long as accounting and tax law require. After an account closes we delete or anonymize its data within a reasonable period.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep sign-ins private and tell us about anything suspicious.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your information. Depending on where you live, state privacy and consumer-health-data laws may give you additional rights; contact us to use them.
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes and contact
We will post changes here and update the date above. Questions or requests: [Support contact: set by the business].
