Terms of service
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms cover your clinic's use of [Business name: set by the business] for bookings, memberships, packages, check-in and payments. Your clients deal with your clinic — you set your services, prices and policies with them.
Who we are
[Business name: set by the business] ("we", "us") provides booking, membership and front-desk software to recovery and wellness clinics ("you"). The service is provided by [Company legal name: set by the business], [Address for legal notices: set by the business].
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
Your account and staff
- Give accurate clinic and contact details and keep them current.
- Keep sign-ins secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by staff you give access to, and for limiting each person's access to what their role needs.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Only enter client information you have the right to collect and use.
- Do not use the service to make medical diagnoses or to store full clinical records it is not designed for.
- Do not try to break, overload, probe or copy the service, or access data that is not yours.
Health-related information and your obligations
Wellness notes, health screenings and consent records you choose to keep are your records. You decide what to record, and you are responsible for your own legal and regulatory obligations — including any that apply to health information, professional licensing and scope of practice in your state.
We do not claim that using the service makes you compliant with HIPAA or any other law. Unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you that says otherwise, we do not act as your business associate, and you should not store protected health information that requires one.
No medical advice
The service does not provide medical advice. Contraindication prompts, screening forms and consent tools are administrative aids; decisions about whether a client can safely receive a service belong to you and your qualified, licensed professionals.
Payments, memberships and tax
- Bookings, memberships, packages and fees you sell are agreements between you and your client. We are not a party to them.
- Card payments, where enabled, are processed by Stripe through your own Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms and fees.
- Where tax calculation is enabled, sales tax is calculated by Stripe from the information you provide. We do not determine your tax obligations — ask your tax adviser.
- You are responsible for the cancellation, no-show, renewal and refund policies you set and for telling clients about them.
Plans and billing
Plan prices, trial length and limits are shown in the app when you choose a plan. Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. We will give you notice before changing what you pay.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. Keep your own copies of records you are required to retain.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for non-payment or breach of these terms. Export anything you need before closing your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by [Governing law: set by the business]. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell you about material changes. Questions: [Support contact: set by the business].
